Annuvo LLC("Annuvo", "we", "our", or "us"), an Ohio limited liability company, operates this website and provides advertising management and lead follow-up services to local businesses, including the text messaging program described in Section 3. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run the services you asked for.

• Contact details you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, business name and business type, submitted through a form on this site or on an advertisement we run.
• Consent records. Whether you checked the box agreeing to receive text messages, and the date and time you did.
• Message history. The content and timestamps of text messages between you and us.
• Basic site data. Standard server logs and, where you have allowed it, advertising measurement data from the platforms described in Section 4.

If you are a client, we also hold the business information needed to run your advertising account and the records of work we do for you.

2. How We Use Information

• To reply to your enquiry and schedule a conversation.
• To send the text messages you agreed to receive.
• To provide, operate and improve our advertising and lead follow-up services.
• To keep records of consent and communications as the law requires.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell your mobile information.

3. SMS and Mobile Messaging

The text messaging program described in this section is operated by Annuvo LLC, an Ohio limited liability company.

Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services — such as our messaging carrier or customer support platform — is permitted solely so that we can deliver the messages you asked to receive. Those providers are contractually prohibited from using your mobile information for their own purposes.

How you opt in

We send text messages only to individuals who have affirmatively opted in by checking a consent box on one of our forms, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.

What we send

Messages relate to the enquiry you submitted: confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, answers to your questions, and service updates about work we are doing for you.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.

How you opt out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation message and will not contact you by text again unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email us at outreach@rawstudios.info.

4. Data Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run Annuvo, and only so far as they need it to do that work:

• Twilio — delivery of text messages.
• Meta Platforms — delivery of advertising and receipt of lead form submissions.
• Hosting, scheduling and database providers — storing your enquiry and booking a time with you.

We may also disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Annuvo LLC or others.

As stated in Section 3, mobile information and consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Data Retention

We keep enquiry and messaging records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to evidence consent, and then delete them. If you opt out, we retain the record of your opt-out so that we do not contact you again.

6. Your Rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email outreach@rawstudios.info and we will respond within a reasonable period. Deleting your information does not undo messages already sent.

7. Children's Privacy

Annuvo is a service for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. You must be at least 18 to give us your mobile number.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
